I run the testing here. Every platform on this site gets the same ticket set, the same escalation cases, and the same billing period — and I publish the invoice, not the marketing number. Where I have not tested something, the page says so.
How this is funded
It is not, yet. There are no sponsors, no paid listings, no affiliate links, and no paid placements. Nobody can buy their way onto this site, move up it, or get a review softened.
If that changes, it will be stated here and on every page it affects, before it takes effect — not disclosed afterwards in a footer. We will not run undisclosed paid links, which is both against Google's policy and the fastest way to become worthless to the reader.
Why this site exists
Every comparison currently ranking for these tools was written by a vendor competing in it. Botpress ranks Botpress first. eesel ranks eesel first. Fini ranks Fini first. A buyer about to commit to a per-resolution contract cannot find one page written by someone with nothing to sell.
What we get wrong
Plenty, probably. Platforms change weekly and we are one person. When something here is wrong, tell us and we will re-test rather than take your word for it — and the correction gets noted on the page with the date. See how we test.
