What information we collect when you visit aicustomerservice.cc, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Who we are
AI Customer Service is a comparison and review website operated by Anusha Rathi, based in India.
You can contact us at hello@aicustomerservice.cc about anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data.
The short version
We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run advertising. We do not have user accounts, and we do not take payments. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address, if you sign up for updates or a download.
- Anything you type into a contact form or send us by email.
- Inputs you enter into on-site tools such as calculators. These are processed in your browser and are not stored or sent to us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, page requested, and browser type. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Aggregated, anonymous page-view counts, through Umami. Umami states that it sets no cookies, that all data is anonymised, that no personally identifiable information is stored, and that users cannot be identified or tracked across websites. It records the page viewed, the referring URL, your browser, operating system, device type and country. Loading it means your browser makes a request to
cloud.umami.is, which will see your IP address. - Aggregated, anonymous page-view counts, through Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — visitors are identified by a hash of the incoming request, and that session is discarded after 24 hours. Each data point records the page, the referring page, approximate location from your country down to city level, your browser, operating system and device type. Vercel states that no IP address is stored with it and that the data cannot be used to identify or re-identify you, or to follow you to another website.
- Search engines such as Google and Bing give us anonymous, aggregated reports about which search terms bring people to the site. These reports contain no personal information and we cannot identify individual visitors from them.
We do not collect payment details. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (under 18 where local law requires).

Cookies
We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail, including what happens when you click through to a vendor.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site can be affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking such a link may set a cookie on the vendor’s website that identifies us as the referrer. That cookie is set after you leave our site and is controlled by the vendor or their affiliate network, so their privacy policy applies to it.
Commissions do not influence our rankings or review conclusions. No vendor can pay to be ranked higher.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site:
- Vercel — website hosting, delivery, and cookie-free page-view analytics
- Umami — cookie-free page-view analytics
- An email service provider — sending email updates, once we begin sending them. We have not started, and we will name the provider here before the first email goes out.
- Affiliate networks — recording referrals after you leave our site, if and when we join one. We are not in any today.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to
Where your data goes
Our providers are largely based in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.
How long we keep it
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days
- Emails you send us: up to 3 years
- Server logs: up to 90 days
- Anonymous page counts: indefinitely, as they contain no personal data
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can email hello@aicustomerservice.cc to ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
- Send you a copy in a portable format
We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in India, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our grievance contact is hello@aicustomerservice.cc.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to our hosting and email tools is protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever add cookie-based analytics or advertising, we will add a consent banner before doing so.
